AFC Wimbledon’s disappointing run of late continued with a defeat at Bradford that ended their involvement in this season FA Cup.

This would have probably been a game rated as a ‘welcome distraction’ from league two action for Wimbledon and also a game that they would have fancied their chances in but they bowed out 3-1 at Bradford.

The visitors were left facing an uphill battle when early goals from Hannah (9) and an own goal from Bush (14) meant they were soon 2-0 down. Early in the second half Midson (50) gave them hope but a penalty from Fagan (70) 20-minutes from time settled the tie.

Wimbledon can now ‘concentrate on the league’…
