AFC Wimbledon have had to send one loanee back to his parent club, but another has expressed a desire to extend his stay if he can.

We’ve had to send Kevin Feely back to Charlton.

The defender came to Kingsmeadow at the end of November in the hope that he could add something to our defensive options, however injury has prevented him from showing Neal Ardley, or us, what he can do….

Feely picked up an injury ahead of what was meant to be the second game of his loan spell (having been an unused substitute against Dagenham shortly after his arrival) when we took on Bristol Rovers.

Tests have confirmed that he faces several weeks out with a hamstring problem so he’s been sent back to the Valley.

Ardley has now been left to think what his next move will be, with a possible revisiting of this loan to take place in January?

Kaid Mohamed loan has, however, been far more profitable though!

He returned to Wimbledon for a second loan spell last month when he came in from Port Vale. His loan isn’t due to expire until early in the New Year but as this will soon be here he’s already started thinking (a little, but not too much) about what happens next?

An interest in extending his stay, having failed to force his way into the Valiants’ first-team after his summer arrival, has been expressed though so we’ll just have to wait an see what Santa brings us I suppose!

This site is looking for writers, so if a fan can offer us a genuine opinion from someone that supports them we would love to share it with the masses!
