Billy Knott was expected to join AFC Wimbledon on loan and he has done exactly that.

The midfielder has signed, as expected, on loan from Sunderland and goes straight into the squad – and probably starting XI – for the game with Port Vale tomorrow.

On Knott’s arrival, as he told the official website, Terry Brown said: ‘Billy has a great range and weight of passing and will give us a goalscoring threat from outside the box.’
