The ‘honeymoon period’ for AFC Wimbledon and football league status is well and truly over with them slipping to another defeat against Accrington on Saturday.

The writing was on the wall with Amond (3) giving Accrington an early lead and midway through the first half Lindfield (24) added a second for the visitors.

Wimbledon were unable to fightback as they slid further down the table with this 2-0 home defeat.
