The latest weekend of league 2 football is here with Wimbledon in action at home as the ‘big boys’ take their international break.

Wimbledon, having played two cup games this week, are back to league action at Kingsmeadow on Saturday afternoon when Dagenham & Redbridge come to town.

Andy Frampton (ankle) is back on the sidelines after being injured again in our FA Cup draw last weekend.

Alan Bennett replaced in our two-one defeat to league 1 leaders Bristol City, which saw us gain plenty of praise, in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy in midweek and he’ll fill in again with Adebayo Akinfenwa set to come back into the starting XI.

Positively Neal Ardley’s reported no new injury setbacks after that JPT exit.

Dagenham could leave Rhys Murphy (hip) out, he played 45-minutes of the nil-nil FA Cup draw with Southport last weekend, with boss Wayne Burnett admitting ‘they rushed him back too soon.’

Ade Yusuff (cup-tied) can return with no new injury or suspension problems for the visitors.
