Vital Dons member chewbaccaxx has commented following Ross Worner’s nomination for the league two player of the month for December.

Whilst they don’t believe that the AFC Wimbledon ‘keeper will win this award, when it’s announced on Friday, they do think it was a well deserved nomination and provide video evidence as to why.

A well deserved nomination! After a shaky start to his Dons career with a few nervy performances and the odd costly mistakes, such as at Millwall in the League Cup, Worner has really started to look commanding in the Dons goal in recent weeks.

Well done, Ross! (He won’t win it though – only strikers or goalscoring midfielders win POTM.

Seriously! The last ‘keeper to win it was Wayne Brown for Bury in February 2010!!)
